There's so much I want to say but I'll keep it briefish. It's not been easy with my trauma to show up authentically online. I kept posting and removing lots of longer posts. Faced the need for validation a month back, after not getting liked by Angelo which was excruciatingly painful yet welcomed somehow. It's been 6 weeks since you all came into my life. . and so much gratitude wells up for you guys right now.. Having been alone on this 'trip' for so long, with the 'right ' timely teacher video book as external confirmation, I never felt like I fit in any group or Sangha and kept falling back to my inner guidance, and nature, as my true companions in truth. Being gifted you all with your wisdom direct experience vulnerability and humility after a prayer has been like God took my hand and said here's your spiritual mob. The one you've been longing for.Its time. Thank you for the availability of the teachers, the vulnerability and authenticity of the participants, and the deep love in the room I may never show up live but I am here showing up, choixelleslly committed and devoted to the mystery of this ever deepening more subtle dismantling process. How about now? I've experienced it too. It sent my ego into a state of mourning its own death. Denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and finally acceptance. I piled the dirt on the grave, and then realized if my ego is down there, then who is up here? 😂😂😂

I agree, excellent poem! Also, some really relatable questions and answers. And right in the middle of it all, I had a very powerful insight. For the first time in my life, I actually trust myself! I finally trust my own direct experience without having to filter it through other people's opinions ! As a very psychic/intuitive child I "saw and knew" things that I wasn't supposed to see or know, and when I spoke about them I was dismissed over and over again. So in order to to fit in, I learned to mistrust myself and put other people's beliefs and opinions above my own. This is a HUGE weight lifted off of me! Thank you 🙏💕

Mike B ~ I had a week "out of the blue" where I couldn't get myself to do anything. The energy wasn't there. The mind thought "There's so much I need to do!", but I just Needed to not do. I trusted it. Slowing down happens. This was followed by a week of doing almost nothing but sleeping! I continued to trust, even tho the mind thought I was Really being irresponsible and all would Surely fall apart, but it didn't. It was good to trust what was needed. Thanks to Suzanne for bringing in some realism here with regard to our normal human responses? So often in non-dual circles, we are bombarded by statements such as "Is there a separate self here feeling anything?" No, there isn't a separate self in reality but that's not how it seems for most people and that kind of response does nothing to help deal with problems in relationships. There's no need to completely negate the illusory self in order to see the nondual nature of reality. So long, as one can differentiate the two, it's perfectly possible for them to seemingly co-exist.

It’s interesting to me seeing someone who feels helpless because there is no “doer”, where the main thing I face presently is worrying if I’m using this as a form of escapism.
