Boleh je, tp kurangkan sikit tepungnya, maknanya mcm gantikan sikit. Tp tk perlu bnyk cocoa pwder. Kalau nak guna cocoa powder tu warna akan jd gelap.

For biskut usually i use SCS salted. Alhamdulillah. Tnx for trying my recipes. Silakan guna recipe utk ape2. Tq

Hi, u can chg it to baking soda or if u dont hv baking soda, then just increase baking powder to 1tsp instead.

rasa and texture dia sama ke dgan yg double choc chip walnut? cuma beza kacang ke?

Tak sama. Resepi yg berbeza. Dbl choc chip w walnut tu resepi tanpa telur, yg ni ade telur dan guna black cocoa. Texture pun beza sikit. Depends awak suka texture mane. Kacang boleh ganti ikut suka citarasa.

Personally i would use semisweet but if i want to mix or want it a little less sweet then i wld mix 20-30% bittersweet 75%
