I follow this recipe to the T, And I can never get my batter to the same consistency as yours. What exactly do you recommend? And what type of chocolate are you using, does the chocolate matter? Hope to hear back from you soon.

Can u tell me why used cornstarch not using flour with low protein?

I tried this recipe, but it looks like a brownie turned into cookie, but verrrrry chewy like and The consistency is not the same, it’s a bit runny. Not sure also why there is no flour in the ingredients.
