And this is why I jump whenever one of these drops ... Been using for years and these double click options are new to me. 👍 Thanks!

Cheers Aaron, Remembering to double click when available has saved me loads of time but also cost me loads when I've forgotten to do it 😜

oh my god! just the first 2.30, I'm amazed! Will take some thinking and relearning to use this though, but how cool! The push/pull I learned from your video a couple of months ago and I have actually used it, so fun and so easy and useful! Thanks for teaching me new things in SU!

Thanks, Aaron. I was today-years-old when I learnt the double-click fillet/radius tool. Signed "A SketchUp User Since @Last Times."

Nice compilation. Although I knew two of these and I'm uncertain of the need of the third. My excitement is the manipulation that can be performed with the combination you've revealed. Kudos!

I knew about double click push pull ,but had no idea about the arc one ,not only it remembers the profile of the arc but also trims geometry 👏👏,not i feel like trying double click on every command who knows what new things might pop up 😁

Will the "Failed To Render" issue on 3D Warehouse be sorted soon? I did visit the community page and many others had the exact same problem with the "Failed To Render" error message. But no solution was given. It's just frustrating because I don't know if the models have uploaded properly, or if anyone can actually see them. Thank you.

Is there a way to save a specific radius or P/P dimension so they can be quickly and precisely recalled and loaded into the tool. That would allow jumping between two or more radii quickly without have to manually enter the dimension. Or maybe there is a way to go back and copy a radius and load it into the tool so you could jump back and forth between them. On a large or complex drawing it is not likely one would be able to go through and set all the radii that are the same at one time.
@jonomoles3 жыл бұрын
I’m not sure about that but you can often (usually?) type in the desired radius in the entity info window even after you’ve created an arc. Not the same but useful nonetheless.

Joni got this. No “saving” other than the last value used.

Thanks. What I one day also hope to see is how to handle imported dwg files with coordinates far from origin. No-one seems to ever mention this obvious problem in SketchUp. IFC files never seem to be imported properly.
@poesis3d996 Жыл бұрын
Just turn off the "Origin" in the import options. It'll place the bottom left corner of the file at 0,0,0.

No time soon! I’m no programmer, and these videos are aimed at using SketchUp. You may want to reach out in the Developers section of our forum, though! Forums.SketchUp.com
