Double Contact Staff - SOSC - Traps and Paddling

A collection of 15 techniques that are a good introduction to Staff on Staff Contact (SoSC). SoSC is a contact staff technique that involves one staff being held in the hands ('paddle' staff), while the second staff (contact staff) traverses the body and 'paddle' staff.
