How long is the yarn you started with? Or did you have 2 balls of yarn off camera?

You'll need a few meters of yarn. You can also use thicker yarn like worsted or aran and you can crochet with only one strand.

Did you do 37 chains and then 3 more or were those other 3 part of the 37?

You need to chain as many chains you need so the bracelet will fit around your wrist. You start the 1st row in the 6th chain, so you get the hole for the button. I recommend you watch the whole tutorial so it's easier to understand. Let me know, if you have more questions. ❤️
