The BBC has an agreement with most record companies that they can use whatever music they want in the UK, but for international viewing (like on KZbin and Netflix) they use the American version of the show iirc, which has public domain music generally.

What I love about this, is that they didn’t really arrive in Spitfires (when they land you can see a Union Flag in the background and the Germans look up but we never see the spitfires actually fly over them). This means that they intentionally went out of their way to go to a airfield museum, film the spitfire sequence simply to play along with the set up of the Battle of Britain/ World War 2 joke! Thats dedication if I ever saw it hahah

The fact that these two countries can have such a laugh with each other, even though its been less than a hundred years since they fought against each other in the bloodiest wars in history is amazing. Most other countries still slaughter each other over grievances from so long ago they cant even remember what they are anymore
