Trying to cheat an off-color room into play with Kona would result in the room being in play, but both of its doors remaining locked.

The convoke room looks like it is a very important piece for survivors. Aside from making it substantially easier to actually trigger the survivors by avoiding combat it also lets you block stuff with the other side of the room. Remembering outlast from khans that looks like something very helpful for a deck that wants to tap all their blockers on their own turn.

Hey LSV, I am a huge fan. I watch every video and you got me back into MTG after a long break. Could you hover the cards for longer and more often in early access or early format limited play? It would really help me learn the cards. Thanks for the great content!

I'm surprised lsv isn't rating unable to scream higher. That just seems like a great interactive card in this set.

It's on the weaker side of removal. Witness Protection from New Capenna was a D, though Unable to Scream is better due to 0/2, benefit for Eerie and not a possible synergy to the opponent. Eaten by Piranhas was a C, but flash made a significant difference. I'd guess Unable to Scream is a D+ for most decks and with being C+ range in deck with lots of Eerie triggers.

I thought it was interesting that you picked a strong black rare in pack 2 pick 1, and then didn't mention any consideration for Murder in pick 2 and the possibility of pivoting into G/B. Is Murder just bad in this format? Or would it just have been too crazy to pivot that late in the packs?

@27:10 you conceded, but i am unsure why. you could have attacked with the Fear of Falling and given their flyer "lose flying" than they dont realy have good attacks their turn, as the "lose flying" persists until your next turn, what am i missing ?

stomper just kills when it attacks and op doesnt have to block with it to survive.

They can just attack with Shroudstomper and drain lsv out. It triggers when it enters and attacks.

Counted 16 G, U or UG cards in the set that manifest dread, plus Paranormal Analyst and Oblivious Bookworm, who care about it but don't manifest dread themselves. Unless you mean in LSV's deck, but then that's just how drafting goes sometimes.

@@GeusGames yeah was referring to his deck in particular and he didn't really see any beyond that during the draft. obviously only day zero so probably a bad version of the deck but it looked really bad.
