Where do you live? Most places have "grandparents rights" I have a court order with my aunt(nephew's Grama) cause I adopted my nephew's. I REFUSED to let her take them anywhere so she brought us to court. She's has court order drug test before she can take them anywhere now.

It's funny in some of these cases the judge is more concerned with the child and not the terrible behavior of the mother. Especially when you find out the father isn't the father like it's disgusting. How they take the mother off the hook for any wrongdoing, especially if a man signs of birth certificate and it's legally bound. Knowing that in a lot of states that stands up more than anything else. That man will have to pay child support for something that ain't his and the woman walks away. Scott free with a pat on the back, her mistakes or her mistakes and should be left in the past. Like are you serious? The lady had two kids by another guy. Mom and her son got a bond the kid. Well, found out the kid was not his. The lady mentioned the guy just came in and out of her kids life is my understanding. Hopefully, the guy, his mom, and lady can figure something out what is best for the child. The lady has been searching for her father. She found this guy and other guy were not her dad. But I am glad guy and his wife gave her a hug. Plan on checking up on her. Hope they can help her find her dad. Not sure if her mom 🤔 is still alive. Last one, lady had a kid and was married. She cheated on her husband and her boyfriend. Well, she lost her boyfriend. Her boyfriend married someone else. The lady is letting her ex boyfriend's family bond with the baby. Hope both can figure out away to co parent. Hopefully her other kid, his or her father is still in her life. Sounds like the lady didn't have a father figure in her life.
