3:54 I'm guessing you were gesturing as you were recording, your wrist snapped, and you decided not only to keep it in, but to animate it too. Or perhaps to illustrate twinning followed up by one hand doing something different? Or a little of both?

The first option. I did a second take of that line when it happened, but in editing I chose to go with the recording that got messed up by my bones.

Always fun when that happens. But the second option happened, whether you meant to or not. :) Your arms both went up simultaneously, then the right one went down, as though to offset the symmetrical "twinned" motion.

It's funny, it's surreal, it's incredibly animated and scored, it's made with someone who was incredibly passionate about animating and it shows. Great review too. Please do a video on the animated music video for "The Wolf" by SIAMÉS . Every shot and every action is incredibly dynamic and purposeful. The smear frames fit so well because it adds a subtle softness to the almost polygonal and edgy lines they use. I don't know how to describe it but the way the shifts makes it one of my fav animations. It's fairly new too! Please check it out even if you don't make a video.

Twinning seemed to be used quite a bit in the animated music video for Stuck In The Sound - Let's Go (kzbin.info/www/bejne/a2OqmGx5ps2Vhpo). Some of the backgrounds at the beginning are just mirrored images. Seemed to be used to establish that the world as bleak and boring. Any shot with other people in it besides the main character aren't mirrored suggesting that the guy's isolating himself and making a poor decision in following his childhood dream, something he didn't realize himself before it was already too late. I suggest you watch it if you haven't already.

About your drugs comment, I’m not sure if you were aware but Felix Colgrave actually suffered some severe trauma to the head after a skiing incident! It was then after he started having visions of his fatstical creatures and designs. This little comment always annoyed me wether or not it’s intention is to garner a laugh because it seems to undermine the amount of work and effort put into animations like this. In his FAQ on tumblr he actually states this aswell making me believe he is over the “haha how many drugs did this take” attitude towards his work. As always a nice episode of scribble Kibble. I really enjoy Felix's animation. The ''drug induced hallucinations'' are allways fun to look at. One more thing I'd like to mention. C. Prince, do you know the DreamKeepers comic? If not. You are really missing out. It's one of the best comic series I've ever read and it's made with so much love and care. Some animators and drawers became animators and drawers because the thoughts in their mind constantly bother them with the fact they can make this story up that no one else can see or just have nightmares of horrific monsters and an uncontrollable imagination that they need to channel into because if they don’t their head will slowly become more and more of a cluttered mess until they sometimes forget stuff that just happened. Basically they make an outlet for those weird thoughts so it’s easier for them to think clearly. Note that I am not saying all animators and drawers do what they do for this reason, I’m just simply saying some animate for this reason.
