Double Layer Chiffon Blouse with Tie Strap Cutting and Sewing | Tuğba İşler

Hi everyone. I show you how to make a double layer chiffon blouse on this video.
I used 1 meter chiffon fabric. Measurements are given for size 38. You can use this way to make your blouse for your size.

Yeah I wish I knew how to size this. Wish that was explained on how to change the messurements. Like why did you start with that messurements right outta the gate for the fabric? Where did that number come from? How do we know how much to even buy or start with?
