The green is too light for my taste , but it's great work . You're very good with your techniques . Looking forward to the next one , Chris .

@@thomasdailey9280 Thanks Thomas - yeah its quite light, but I will be adding oils to this in the next stage, so that overall light green is dialed back considerably! I might just push through and finish this, as I'm itching to get back to the Ghost Mig and other projects, cheers Chris

Looks great! Love the panel wash around the rivets. They really stand out! Happy days and model on! 😎

Thanks Peter, I'm trying hard to make this one stand out a bit more, pushing the envelope a little on it...cheers Chris

Someone has been watching Uncle Night Shift videos. The tank looks amazing. Nice job.

Thanks Paul, yeah I'm a fan, just trying out some techniques here and there. Not normally a tank modeller, but was curious about 4BO as I have a BT-7 I really want to attempt! Cheers Chris

Looking sweet so far. Modulation is a bit strong for my taste, but I expect it will tone down a little with weathering. Looking forward to the next instalment.
@beckersmodels2 жыл бұрын
Yep thats the intent, boost up the modulation so it doesnt disappear when the heavy weathering comes along...also to let it stand out a bit on the table...heh heh...thanks Bruce! I'm hoping to finish this soon..

Really like the results so far. The wood effect looks amazing

Oh thanks, I'm trying to improve the tools/stowage bits, I always skip those for tanks, but I think it looks betterer. Easier in 1/16, I dont have many 1/35 kits left to do but heaps of 1/16...cheers Chris

Hi Chris, Brilliant. But please don't make us wait another 12 months until part 3😂
@beckersmodels2 жыл бұрын
heh heh sorry about that, yes I have a habit of doing that - especially things like my Millennium Falcon conversion and CH-53 build...

Chris, I have a question on chipping, how long do you have if you use the hairspray technique? Days or hours to do the chipping?
@beckersmodels2 жыл бұрын
Technically you have days if you keep the model in a nice dry storage place without it getting it wet. Cheers, Chris
