Everyone running from the warden while making the most noise possible is infuriating. The entire point of the warden is to stay quiet and sneak around it, which is why they added the sonic boom, which they were lucky to survive.

I love how nobody handles the Warden correctly. It shows what a bad, stupid mob the Warden is. Trying to sneak is actually a worse plan than just running away like you would any other mob. The only reason they even got hurt was because after they got away they doubled back and annoyed it further and then panicked when it came for them. And anyone who knows what they're doing can effortlessly kill a Warden without any danger or harm. And some just lock up the Warden as a part of a zoo because they're such useless mobs.

Maybe the 30-40% chance is a bit too high, but it was just a thought I had while watching. Maybe if the percentage starts at 10% and every time a player dies the chances increases 5-10%. That way everyone is almost but not quite guaranteed at least 3 lives unless they are very unlucky and go red the first time. I don't know how hard it is to program floating variables into Minecraft but I'm sure the talented individuals behind the scenes could find a way. But as I said it's just an elevator pitch, the finer points could be hammered out later.

The deep dark was actually scarier than I expected! This suddenly turned into a horror movie - especially when the warden showed up and started chasing you guys while your surroundings turned dark. The screeching and the rising panic made this very intense. I loved it! Very chobblesome episode.

As to the flammability of your current base, I have a suggestion. You could totally make a base with wood on the outside, cobbled deep slate or deep slate as a second layer on the inside, and then wood on the inside covering up the deep slate, like a three-layer wall. That way if someone decides to burn your fort down, it will only reveal the deep slate fortifications you have made and it would be hilarious to see the other double life member’s faces when they see it. The wood layer on the inside is just so that other members won’t know about your fortifications even if they walk inside your base.
