Gravitational: Great on max luck, needs 10 rolls for an amazing buff for one singular roll. Flesh: Every roll is 0.3× better. Horrible on max luck, but great on rolling with no hp1 or hp2s.

Heres a better explanation. If you look at the luck algorithm the way flesh device works is it takes your base luck which could be 290% - 340% and it multiplies it by 1.3x instead of adding 77%. So 290% luck from the volcanic dev would be 377% and exoflex device would be 442% luck AND it also multiplies potions so if you have exoflex with fortune 3 and flesh device your luck would be 767%, Hope this helps :3
