Double outlet insert feeder with singulation

Feeding of Brass Bush with singulation
Elscint, recently manufactured two vibratory bowl feeders for feeding of brass bush. One bowl feeder was manufactured for bush size dia 6 mm x 6 mm length while the other was for bush size 6 mm x 10 mm length. The dia 6 x 6 mm bush was required to be fed in a single line in rolling orientation. At the end of the gravity track, a pneumatic singulator was provided which pushed the bush forward on a mandrel. The equipment was designed in a way that would keep the bush always ready for pick up. Once the bush was picked up, a sensor was activated and the next bush was kept ready. The bowl feeder, singulator, control panel etc were mounted on a single stand. A speed / feed rate of 35 parts per minute was achieved after singulation.
In case of the dia 6 mm x 10 mm bush, the requirement was similar but the bush was required to be fed in two separate outlets at 90 degrees to each other. Here too, in both the tracks, each bush was kept ready for pick up. This equipment too was mounted on a separate stand. Here too a speed / feed rate of 35 parts per minute was achieved after singulation for each of the tracks
