Posh fan here - We may be on the up at the moment but believe me in the 60+ years I have been a Posh fan we have had periods of relegation heartbreak (as in record relegation total of 54 points from the Championship a few seasons ago) so I can understand what you are feeling - your team put in a good show and as you said, if those gilt edged chances had been taken then you could easily have won the game - hope you have a great season next time around and will be back in L1 before too long! Gutted. Other Codheads will call me a happy clapper but even after that I still think Promise will do the biz in EFL2, as he is a proper handful for defenders. In Hindsight (which is always an easy call) he should never have been the nominated pen taker as he is still not super confident in front of goal & learning his craft at this level. Not easy to score under pressure as Bosun sadly proved shortly on. I myself was at the U17 Cup win V Watford & happy to report that the production line is working well. Congrats to all the fabulous Pompey fans on here, from one port to another.

Hi Ben, quality as always. The EFL club supporters feel your pain. We have all had that anguish of relegation. The worst one for us Posh fans was Palace away 2-1 up minutes to go . We are staying up . Palace didn't even need the win they were in the play offs. But oh no 2-2 Kevin Ffs Philips and then 89 mins. Dwight Gayle (he was playing for us) fouled someone and in the cross came Jedinak goal 3-2 down. Huddersfield and Barnsley needed a point each and decided to sit on the ball for 5 mins. Watch the coverage. We went down with 54 points after losing the first 7 games of the season. A record total. Am I still bitter oh yes I am. UTP Hopefully Cods stay up and we beat Barnsley in the play offs

Gutted for Fleetwood despite our season of triumph (Pompey). Think your ownership problems negatively affected the team too much as they so often do. And we know all too well how any ownership issues trickle down through every level of the club. Mathematically you're not down but if you go down then hopefully you can regroup and rebuild on a solid base, it's a good club there. I always look out for your results every week because of your videos.. I'll be continuing to follow the fortunes of the cods next season and beyond!

If the team was as good as your content is then they would be going up, not down. For me you could have easily won the game. But the game summed up both clubs season. You missed opportunities at vital times. We showed the good and bad of our game. For once possession stats turned into goals. Not sure what POSH will turn up in the play offs. As for The Cods you will be fine next season and come back stronger. Take Care Ben, good to meet you, albeit when you were not happy.
