Put a degree of timing in the modified and see what happens. Looks to me like another 25 horsepowers would have caught and passed that guy in first!!! And if another degree doesn’t help, take out a degree instead of adding. And see what happens……….. Or, wait till a test night and run five to ten laps with another degree and then run 5-10 laps with removing a degree and compare those times. You are so close to dominating every race you run (finishing 2nd is great but still sucks 😂😂😂) that as simple as 1 degree of timing might produce just enough to get to the big ass center podium instead of standing to the right or left of center. Built street cars and street races like street outlaws showed the world many years ago. And still do on occasion….shhhhh. And building street ride and rat rods (dig your uncles rat. But common and spend some money on good axles 😂😂😂) And am still into that game. I have multiple hot rods. And my son always has 2 cool rides at the young age of fifteen. Soon to own a 3rd bad ride this week using money he has earned by working at dad’s shop 👍! I guess I did something right like mom and dad did with chase. Anyway. I'm not going to tell you that I know everything I've raced modifieds and my son races then now. he might be getting him in the middle but I think it's more on entry if you watch how he comes into the corners he swings it and the corner and he's gone he picks up a half a car every entry just my opinion I like your guys a lot just trying to help it might not help at all I believe he is getting him in the entries. that's just my opinion i watch the videos and watch the other car when he gets in he snatches it very hard or something to get his car to rotate that quick. Not sure if I've ever seen a modified snatch that quick into injury

Nice Job Chase! Rocky you, too! That is why, though: that track has low turn outs if that many cautions are a "norm" there? If it's the same guy "Black Flag" his butt. Letting guys jumping starts, that's some BS racing that needs to be stopped. ( just my opinion, doesn't really matter) Then again, I have seen tracks (dirt) go, just saying. A 5/8 mile fastest dirt track in the country...CNY. WEEDS, Rusted stands, Chickens in the old Tech. shack. Some of the best racing in the area (in its time) GONE. BAD OWNERSHIP.

You looked really good in the mod but 1st place had that little edge, not necessarily speed and he seemed to get off a little better, I'm sure glad you went to LM,but I sure wished you'd of restated up high than went low,9 times outa 10 it works unless the 2nd place driver he's a jump starter also(cheater)don't ya just dislike those kind😊well whata ya do. You know what you should do,talk it over with the crew and think about selling all Mod car n equipment and putting it into a SLM, I think someday you'd be great in tha moneymaker!
