I can explain. Im an expert at this. The thing you are looking at is called a "smear". To get a smear, you can do it with a sprite or movieclip. You can search on Google "stick nodes smear" and click on photos. There you go! Click on one you want and download it!

If you want a certain action to be more visible on the camera then you should use double frame i use it when im lazy but if you want to you can just add a frame that is close to the main pose to make it more smoother

there would be no changes if you don't use double frame the easing control how fast the animation, you can also use double frame to make the animation look snappy ignoring easing its like lazy work but still looks good
