I followed along with you and you make it so easy to do...I'm no good with colours so shall keep to the hues of 1 colour. Would I put the deeper shades on the bottom layers and the paler shades on top? Thanks for showing..

You are very welcome, so glad you found this video tutorial helpful. Most of the time I place the paler shades on the bottom and the deeper shades on the top. I would suggest laying the strips of paper on your base (without adhering) to see what looks best to you. I don't think you can go wrong with any color selection or placement. Happy Creating ♥

I love the idea of the scoring rather than pencil marks! Your instructions are the clearest I've seen on this technique. The one with the Boughs of Holly dsp was my favorite. I can't wait to try this. Thanks for the download, too!
