Hey hey y'all! I hope you enjoy this updated home tour. I suppose it's a bit of a fall home tour since I have a few fall decorations out 🍂 but overall I just really wanted to share with you where we are at in this process. We have come a long way in the last few months and continue to have big plans for our one acre homestead. Let me show you around our Hamilton Burlington 4 bedroom 3 bath mobile home. ❤️

I had some old bar chairs I liked the structure of reupholstered. I got wipeable materials to recover them. They’ve been great.

I love your home! In that first living room have you thought about having a long bench seat built for under your window? You could use it for toy storage by hinging the lids and then you could put cushions on it for additional seating but it wouldn’t block your windows like a couch or loveseat. Those windows look like they’d be a great place to sit with a book and read! You would still have room for a loveseat in the room. Your home is beautiful!

If you mount the TV to the wall in the master bedroom, you can use the top of the dresser as a changing table for the new baby. Thanks for the house tour, it's so pretty!!

It is called a check list and it is with any build be it manufactured or new. Your home is beautiful, and I love the fireplace wall. Manufactured homes are now built for the storm codes same as a house. Enjoy it looks wonderful.

Love it Tiffany. You have decorated so cute! I would suggest metal bar stools in white or black since you have the wood floor and backslash on the island. It would be hard to match the wood and the metal would provide a contrast. I love your sweet family. God Bless you all.

Your home is very pretty. It's interesting to see a new mobile home. We bought an abandoned foreclosed home that was 25 years old. It's been a huge project since day one. I don't mind that, though, because it cost us very little to get the house and property. There's a lot to be said about leaving the suburban debt cycle. A country life, though, often looks more poor, is actually a much freer life. I look forward to watching more of your videos.

Your home is beautiful and so clutter free, wish mine was, lol I have A 1987 Clayton and we added new walls, flooring etc. I just wish I had storage. My layout is very similar to yours and over the years the room as you walk in the front door has been a living room,, family room and settled on a dining room. That allows more space for a larger table and what you currently have as a dining room is a sitting room which allows plenty space for a love seat etc. my children have children now and when they visit we have plenty space to eat and while we are in the kitchen we have plenty space for others to sit and chat. Just something for you to think about as you decide how to utilize space. We just left it open for the kids and when they were small used it for play space. I know you are a busy lady and wish you the best with baby #5.

You have a Beautiful home. Have you thought about adding backsplash to the kitchen?! Metal with wood seat would look as the bar stools. We thought about getting a modular home before we got our home but we couldn't beat the price. Yes it needs a lot of work but we loved the land and that we have enough room for our families.

Good morning. Soo glad your channel popped up in my feed. You have a beautiful home. I live in a double wide with the almost exact floor plan. It's a Southern Energy Bayside. You can easily fit 4 barstools, if you need to it will fit 6 slim ones. I have 4 metal barstools but I'm going to switch to wood when I can.Hope yall enjoy your home!
