I should go for extraction of 4 for this condition? Feels hard on suction and somewhat protruding.. widened to make gap Also tongue is not resisting due length change due to protrusion. Doctor is warning of profile change due to extraction. What are other possible problems i may get? Iam worried on this 😢

I like this however i ask the dentist what to do my teeth she saidno need to dosomething just leave it like that😢
