Check out S&B tanks. Much cheaper than AO’s. Just finished installing mine myself.

@@modeverything9949 We're quite familiar with S&B Tanks. We're a dealer! They work great for vehicles with stock undercarriage. However they don't always fit applications like the Revel. Batteries, water tanks, heaters & even rear seat anchor brackets can add complications to S&B tank fitment.

The displayed 48 gal Tank doesent seem to be the same as the one which is installed under the van. There is quite a "dent" in the front section. Does this one contain the same amount of fuel?

It's the same one!

How long does it take to transfer fuel from the 28 gal aux tank?

It might worth calling some electronics guys, the miles to zero correction might be a very simple black box to add.

John Love these tanks-the 49-gallon tank is a work of art. I have a few questions-the hydronic system in the Revel will not operate if the stock fuel tank is under 3/8 full. Will these tanks work in the same manner-either one or both combined? Do you know if it possible to upgrade for the "mileage-to-zero" to display true mileage with expanded tanks? Also, are skid plates for the tanks available, feasible or necessary to install? Lastly, are these and other mods available for the Thor 19L Tranquility/Sanctuary models? Thank you.

The fuel pickup is in ACGB replacement tank is in the same location as the factory tank. The hydronic heating system in the Revel shuts off around 1/4 tank with the factory tank. The shut off point is the same (1/4 tank) with the ACGB. The 28-gallon auxiliary tank plumbs into the factory tank, meaning the hydronic system shuts off like normal at 1/4 tank. However if you have more fuel in reserve, you can always transfer more into the main tank from the 28-gallon tank to extend the heater's run time. We do not have a a mileage-to-zero update for the Sprinter. We simply multiply the displayed fuel range by 2 as the replacement tank is twice as large. As for compatibility with the Thor RVs... There's a grey water tank next to the factory fuel tank that would have to be relocated for the ACGB to fit. RVs with a rear propane tank will not be able to use the 28-gallon rear auxiliary tank. Excellect questions! We'd be happy to discuss this more in depth with you if you'd like. Please contact our sales team directly for more information (info@agileoffroad.com).

Can you install both in the same van?
@Agileoffroad2 жыл бұрын
Yes. The 28-Gallon Rear Auxiliary Tank can by plumbed into the ACGB 47-Gallon Tank. 75 gallons of diesel would give you a LOT of fuel range (~1100+ miles)
