The thing is, Kobbe will now probably do a Zven and return to his amazing EU form after he leaves TSM. I don’t understand the narrative forming that double and BB will clash bc of disgreements on where to play around. This iteration of TSM on paper is very reminiscent of summer 2016 TSM based off playstyle. Hauntzer and BB both preferred playing carries/bruisers. Dardoch and Sven both inconsistent, but they shine on carries. Looking at team environment I’m not sure, Dardoch seems to be more open to the team and less toxic based off TSM legends, but we don’t see 100% of what happens behind the scenes.

I actually can see the roster with BB/ Dardoch/ Bjerg /DL /Bio do insanely well. Just imagine Dardoch with a good coaching staff behind him and 3 strong laners. I believe he could destroy everyone. If you go to worlds with someone like Spica, Grig or Akaadian I would bet everything i have , that these junglers would get destroyed at worlds and TSM would finish 4th in groups again. TSM sure knows how to fuck it up every single year. They fail to bring in the one thing that can make them successful and that's a good coaching staff. They think changing up the players will work, when in reality they don't even know how to play the game. One week they want to play the crazy aggressive EU/CN style, then the next they want to play the slow Korean style, and they are trash at both of them. Look at what happened in 2016 worlds, they were tearing it up the whole year, and then at worlds they suddenly wanted to play Jayce even though they never played him the entire year. They continually make the same mistake year after year and never find a good coach that will help this team. Until they get a good support staff they will continue to fail.

I think Dardoch's early game agressiveness would be really nice for a team like this, he often clears out one side of the jungle, ganks the sidelane, then goes straight to clear the other side and gank the other sidelane. BioLift lane used to be a dangerous and agressive lane which is perfect for a quick gank and move on to the next lane. However like said in the video his inconsistant late-game will be a problem for a team with big carry potential players. Already saw that with Bjergsen and Kobbe and I think that would only be more of a problem with DL. Hopeful yet scared for the new lineup, we'll see how things work out

I mean, DL doesn't like playing weak side; however, even in his latest discussions he has wanted to experiment with weak bot comps, mage bot comps, etc. but his team and coaches never wanted to put in the time to learn these. DL is VERY good at playing a selfish bot winning style, but he has been open to other styles for his entire career on TL. They just happened to use it a lot because that is how they could get wins. Impact was never known to carry games outside of a few outliers and neither was Pobelter. When Jensen came they did a lot more mid centric comps at times. Heck, DL and Core were known as probably the best sona taric/tahm in the world.

Personally I don’t agree with the NA idea of one or two carries or whatever. Internationally teams can play 3 carry champs in each lane and get away with it, in fact they can succeed heavily. Unfortunately, this mindset is usually restricted to NA due to the “budget Korean” style most teams especially TSM have tried to emulate. If TSM wanna make playing with DL work they’re going to have to find their own playstyle with the players they have. Top and bottom carry can happen and all of the best teams play AAAA round star top laners. G2, C9, Damwon, DRX, Invictus.

Spica is most likely. One pretty viable trade I can see is closer + huhi/Keith for Kobe + dardoch + treatz and probably ggs has to give tsm some money. Kobbe is a Beast, in the LEC he was so mechanically Good and was like the Captain from the Splyce Team (and splyce reached Quarterfinals in the worlds) . no guarantee on that, C9 would legit have to throw to not make it but that's possible. TSM on the other hand, as it stands right now they legit do not make it to finals, purely based on this season they picked up the 2nd worst ADC in NA so now they have to get used to playing differently due to their new "star" player. I feel you are undervaluing BB's ability to become the lesser carry.Despite SSumday, analyst did say that carrying from the top is hard for the current meta, i have faith BB will adapt but confidence in Dardoch ability to adapt is waivering. Also it was with DL that Biofrost kickstart his competitive career, i really hope to see a more empowered Biodaddy synergy. This still looks like TSM trying to tackle the problem of their spring split despite the other benefits and favors it seem to come with the trade. Even if they cant find an import jungle in right now in summer split, it gives them a huge advantage in the next off season, because for two years the core problem of their rosters has been that they needed to downgrade to mid-tier NA junglers. As a tsm fan Im really conflicted. Its obvious that for some reason (infrastructure, coaching, player limitations, meta) that a topside-focused TSM isn't gonna work. But I don't think shifting our focus to bot side is gonna work either. Its also been proven that having 3 winning lanes and just snowballing is not a sustainable strategy (look at 2016 summer TSM and how they degraded). I feel really bad for dardoch and kobbe, cuz kobbe didn't a real shot to finish a year and improve; and dardoch is never gonna want to play out this scale to late game style that should be beneficial for having these back-line carries. The best conclusion I can see for this roster is basically reforming into that summer 2016 play style and dardoch just plays like svesnkaren. But the chances of that are near impossible (more for bb not being the engager hauntzer was) I just hope TSM is making the right call.

The new dardoch is more tamed and passive compared to what he used to be, and he seems to be more willing to play around his team and owning up to his own mistakes, let it be his attitude or his gameplay, and i dont think he is suppressed in any way as it is just adopting to the meta which is reflected by the drastic change in his champ pool and picks, and idk about their relationships but i think dl on the other hand is also less cocky and more easy going so this might not be as bad as it may look as far as team synergy goes, and having mechanically strong players in two carry roles is probably the best thing that can happen to tsm, although i really have to agree that bb is not going to like this as a hyper carry top laner
