Leona is support in the GAME. In the LORE she is ASPECT OF THE SUN - Demigod. Of course not super-powered people would be loosing. In fact that looked great for Panth - he lost the Aspect of War (killed by Atrox) and as de-powered human he was still able to push against a Demigod.
