Have blitz use relic shield, senna on spellthieves. Senna takes a few cs after collecting the maximum souls she can get per wave. Both supports get to stack their sp items as they have less than 50 cs. But senna gets more gold as she gets relic proc. Also relic shield helps with the pushing problem.
