These are such amazing conversations. I loved it when Danielle came out swinging on Gundlach against his idea of lower interest keeping inflation in check. It doesn't feel like that from my perspective. Great show everyone, hoping to see part 2 soon!

There is going to be another wave, and the analyst will not understand what happened. It is not going back up. They unleashed low rates to funnel debt even quicker to the top..perfect
@Michael-qy1jz2 жыл бұрын
Yes, they have forced rates to zero which steals free market savings rates from savers and transfer it to asset bubble riders, speculators and debtors. Tens of trillions transfered upwards. Its forcing everyone way out the risk curve an turning everyone into speculators trying to get ahead and then they will pull the rug out.. lol

@@leinad5243 My Understanding is No. Luke Gromen states that they either need to start defaulting or start printing until Dept to GDP gets under 80% from its current 122%, which he states is a national security threat. Gromen stated they need a 15% real inflation rates, which about what we have today, for the next 5 years to inflate debt to GDP down. Either way, something will break this year, the debt and money printing have been rediculous and something has to give in my opinion. I have lots of rentals in SW Florida here and prices and rents are up 30% this last 18 months. My kids can not out earn that and most can't. It's a bubble riders paradise that should correct to half, but I doubt they would let it. My feeling is we will get 1 more deflationary correction & scare until they change the Fed laws and turn thier 8.8 trillion balance sheet liability into cash and then they start buying assets directly. It's horrible. Pensions are 5.5 trillion underfunded and Stephanie Pomboy states that will doubly this next recession. Gundlach & Dimartino both state zombie corps are at 22% that cant pay the interest on thier debt. Lol. As Robert Kiyosaki states- Savers are loser.

@@Michael-qy1jz Well I am in Ontario Property prices here are completely out of control...the liquidity provided through low interest rates is basically free money as all assests rise and the dollar becomes worthless...sadly savers have been punished as Dalio says cash is trash...in 2019 unloaded my rentals because I thought the repo crisis was the fall...even with covid real estate continued to rise...in the good old days of subprime...no one got bailed out that all changed with covid...now everyone gets bailed out...to me it 's a moral hazard when you make more from speculating than hard work..this can not last..but I have a feeling rates will go more negative in real terms as they attempt to save the system...in Ontario 25% of homes bought now are by speculators.....its like a ponzi scheme now....all betting on more gains ...biggest bubble ever
@Michael-qy1jz2 жыл бұрын
@@leinad5243 yes, this whole thing will roll over at some point. SW Florida has been a mania. I've kept all mine because I refuse to give Govt capital gains from my paid off rentals. Lol. And besides, I have no idea what to do with the cash if I did cash out. I have large credit lines ready in Hope's we take a nice 50% correction and I will buy more. Its criminal what they have done if you ask me. It's been tens of trillions of wealth transfers by forcing rates to zero and keeping them there. The only way they will get a great reset agenda is if they dump the whole system.
