I haven't had any trouble with the shipping times. But They do ship in 2 orders but weird...like 2 items in one bag and 20 items in the other bag. Lol. Also the orange delivery bags look like they have been through hell. Lol. Overly taped and a few times the bag had a slice in it.

You are totally correct about temu’s shipping! I sent in a big order & 3 small orders after that. It took a month to get it!!!!!!! I couldn’t believe it! I was really peeved!!!! I order all the time. I talked to them and since they are now selling in Canda & etc. They are much busier. If you chat with them they’ll mark your order rush shipping. They are getting it straightened out. I placed a order & they shipped it fast like they used to! On you husband’s metal sign all you have to do is let them know and request a refund and they’ll let you keep the item. I watched a KZbin video the other day and lady called them and asked if she could order a item that wasn’t on her list of item for free & they told her sure. Love your videos!!!! Honestly, we have become such an instant society that it's easy to complain about a few days or even a week longer for shipping. I think we can thank Amazon for that with the overnight shipping. But note, even Amazon is no longer doing that.

It seems that they've gotten their shipping issues sorted. I believe I read that the backlog was created when they expanded their market, adding several countries. I had four orders that got hung up in that mess, and received $5 each for late shipping, and an additional $5 each for late arrival. My orders since then have arrived on time, or even a day before the projected delivery window. I am in no way affiliated with Temu (fortunate for them, as my social media presence is pretty much a trace element), but have never felt that I was being treated as "less than" because of that; I've always been treated with the utmost courtesy and respect. You do have a point about the packaging. It always arrives pretty much destroyed.

I have seen that, in my last order I just made, Temu is using a different shipping service. My last order I received did take a long time and came in two packages. Because they were both late, I got a total of $10 ($5 for each pkg). I don’t really care about the shipping time so far because I haven’t ordered anything that need right away. In my last order, I ordered a charm for those type of bracelets (I have one from Kay’s jewelers) and was pleased with it. It was a purple butterfly in honor of my grandmother.

Just started ordering from Temu , seeing other's videos of Temu hauls. My first order was on plane, took off Apr 1--didn't land until April 5! Have ordered a few times, but haven't gotten anything yet... they have credits and free items, but all required having a friend order. I can't recommend until I receive orders! Wish I could order shoes, but haven't seen any wide width...

I received one of those signs that was nearly bent in half. I also had an earring arrive (same order) that I noticed the envelope it was in had a crease in it. When I opened it, I pulled the backing off and the post came off. They refunded them with not difficulty, but it was still disappointing. To their credit, I've been ordering from Temu since Oct 22 and this is the first issue I've had with anything, with the exception of some items are definitely cheaper quality, which is to be expected.

Your 1000% correct! I placed many orders (over $1,000 worth) between March 14-19th I got one order…. There’s about 15 more in limbo land and I’m pissed at them. They DONT want to uphold the 15 day rule where if your order doesn’t get to you in 15 days or ship in 15 days from the date the order is placed you get a refund and all your stuff. Today and yesterday I’ve been dealing with CS - all the reps are not on the same page, it’s a different bs line to pacify me each time I call.

Shipping has always taken a long time for me. Even worse now and when I talked to a customer service person she admitted it’s because they have been getting so many new customers.
