the reno finish is nice but i personally find it weird lah. now u have to sit at dining table to watch tv cus the couch is too far and angled away from the tv. kids room alot smaller and with 1 missing room and missing toilet bowl, potentially u will remove a huge chunk of potential buyers in the future......but yes ur house u shiok toh hoh🤑

Very detailed home tour! I like that you include the product code. Pls do more such home tour, esp for low budget reno. It would be great to see some of the ingenious things that can be done to improve the home condition, esp a lot of 年轻人 is willing to sponsor home reno for old aged parents who don’t quite believe in the importance of ID and also 不舍得花太多钱在装修。
