Thank you for the vlog, I always want to visit FSH one day. So I'm curious about that part where you said you're in area where after sales service is. Can customers ask Hermes to authenticate bags? And I'm not talking about spa. Just pure asking to authenticate bags. I know we can't do that at our local Hermes boutique, but some people claim they can do that at Hermes Paris. I'm wondering if you know anything about this.

I think because this is the very first original Hermes store and they know so many tourists come just to see it and so many people come to take a photograph etc, same with the Paris Sevres boutique which is like a museum, many many people come just to see how beautiful it is so they are more open to filming etc ❤️
