Angus. I'm a new subscriber. I'm age 21 and did gymnastics for almost 14 years. I grew up on the bar. One thing I recommend for increasing the number of pull ups is to take an overall target number (say 100) and do them in as many sets as you *need. And then the next workout you do them keep the same overall number but reduce the number of sets it takes to complete the total. Same with (for gymnasts) hanging leg raises. It's a nice training strategy. I love that you want to increase your max pull ups.
