Doubtland x Sweet Varden '22 Filly - Shane Nichols Racing

This filly is excellent value, purchased for just $40,000 at the Magic Millions Tasmanian Yearling Sale from Grenville Stud. She is by first-season sire Doubtland and out of the Jimmy Choux mare Sweet Varden.
Doubtland is a son of Champion Sire, Not A Single Doubt. He won the Group 3 Kindergarten Stakes at two and then trained on at three to win the Group 2 Danehill Stakes up the Flemington straight. He finished fourth in the Group 1 Coolmore Stud Stakes over the Flemington Carnival.
Sweet Varden was a talented mare, winning three races from 1050m to 1200m. She had plenty of speed and, together with Doubtland, has thrown plenty of speed into this filly. She was a City winner and a consistent Metro performer.
Sweet Varden is a half-sister to Herculian Prince, who won nine races. Among them was the Group 1 Metropolitan Handicap. He won a further four Stakes races. Further down the page, the page features five-time Group 1 winner Racing To Win. He won 13 races and over $3.7m in prizemoney.
