A Nathan Peterman-esque performance. On short notice, the Browns were not able to rally behind now Super Bowl winning head coach Doug Pederson! Kordell's relief wasn't spectacular but the ball seemed to actually be in the vicinity of the receivers.
The defense had a day, holding the Browns to a dismal 100 yds and Bettis would practically outgain the Browns himself! A fun gem from a disappointing 2000 season!

@@ItzYinzburgh can we have a poll of what intro is liked most? The new one is OK but I love the old one best. A fade out of Big Ben at the end then a fade in of Kenny would look cool in the intro.

@@MrTombo-gg4bq Maybe go back a little further and do a Bradshaw fade out to Ben then to Kenny.

Then you're one of the lucky ones. He's the one I had the most trouble watching since I started watching the Steelers play ('94-'95)

The Kent Graham experiment, glad the defense was so tough then. Kirkland was a beast.

I used to get sooo pissed that they couldn't ever punch it in for 7. Always settling for fgs. My first jersey was 91 Kevin Greene.

That defense was so good and LOADED with talent. Porter, Gildon, Kirkland, "Hitman" Earl Holmes, a decent secondary (Deshea, Chad Scott, Lethal Lee Flowers) and a good D-Line....the offense (QB play mostly) just wasnt very good from 98-2000 hence no playoffs and subpar recrods. Even with a prime Bus in the backfield, 2 HOF on the O-Line, young Hines Ward, they couldnt score touchdowns. Anyone else ever feel like when the needle "slipped" trying to give Bus an injection before the 2001 AFC Title game, it was also the end of the Bus as a dominant back? He still had some good times in 2002-2005, but his best was behind him.

As far as quarterbacks go, Graham was a pretty good holder for field goals and extra points.

Brown had a dang good 00.....the move to Heinz Field in 01 was it for his Steelers career. Talk about a night and day difference.

Well in the last 2 seasons we have had 3 different starting quarterbacks.....and to think that KP and MT were ahead on the depth chart over Mason Rudolph......chances are we will see at the very least 2 more different starting quarterbacks this seasonable more.....that could be 6 in 3 years since Ben ......it was roughly 23 years between Terry Bradshaw and Ben Roethlisberger.....those are facts

21 personnel unless they absolutely can't run 21 personnel. FB and TE are both complete nonfactors with the ball. RB is a complete nonfactor in the passing game. That's a recipe for becoming completely predictable on offense: either it's a handoff to Bettis or you're throwing to one of the two WRs. To make it worst, you have the best WR on the roster at the time (Bobby Shaw) was on the sideline in 21 personnel because of a *desire* to be predictable and run the ball every play (he wasn't that good a blocker) as well as front-office politics (he was a waiver guy, the rest of the WRs were high draft picks or expensive free agents).

Who in the organization thought Kent Graham… was a starter… Steelers wasted so many good years not addressing QB until Ben in 2004. Ben would of have as many as Brady if he played from 1992-2010.

@@EdmacZ lol 😂 I realize that, I’m saying if we had the Ben from 2004-2021 during for that same time length starting in 1992, Steelers would have way more rings. The 1990s was years wasted with crap mediocre to absolutely crap QB play.
