Baalke. Everytime. For all of Doug’s faults, Trent is picking “project” players early, on a team lacking enough talent to win. He fell on his face with the Ridley deal; and, he keeps signing and replacing free agents in mostly the same positions he’s already spent on. Lastly, saying you don’t do deals in-season, only to do it for Walker Little makes you look a lot like a liar.

I've been a JAGS fan since they've came to NFL. I love football and it's the players who win or lose games. If it was up to me I'll fire Doug/Press/Ryan. Why? Cuz he place friendship over success of team. Trent has made some very good draft/free agents choices overall he could have done better. If Doug stays he will keep Press and probably Ryan and JAGS will have another terrible season due to poor play calling. If Trent stays I'm trusting he will make better draft choices and look for better free agents..im praying he will. Honestly though both should go and get the JAGS a clean new start(GM/HC/OC/DC/O-line coach)

Trent has to go. I still think Doug is a good coach, but his biggest mistake is that he took Press with him to Jacksonville. If Trent stays, I am not sure if we really get a coach we actually want. A lot of coaches don't want to work with Trent and we probably would get a HC who nobody is really happy with.

If Doug's argument is : Baalke didn't get me enough talent and Baalke's argument is: I gave Doug and staff enough talent to be WAY better than 3-11...then Baalke wins in my mind. THEY BOTH NEED TO GO...BUT...I think Doug and his staff have done WORSE on their end than Baalke has on his end.

Jags roster has limited top tier talent. FA picks are reject players. I don't understand why the jags refuse to have former players on the coaching staff. If the GM and HC are the smartest in the room, this team will continue to struggle.

Oh, hell no! I won't spend another dime on this team if Kahne man stands pat. Doug has to go first. A new GM doesn't fix this play calling. Both sides of the ball. First, all the coaching staff must go. The culture is horrible, and that is all on the coaches.

Hate to say, but if everyone thought this roster was great week 1. The GM deserves his job and the coach has to go. The coach didn’t maximize the talent to fit and scheme accordingly. That’s a system not talent issue.
