What makes you think it’s a few years? Could it be based on these verses that it’s only a few months? Revelation 18:23, Amos 8:12, Jeremiah 51 particularly verses 1,6-9, 33-34, 44-53, Hosea 6:1-3 and Joel 1: 5, 10-20, and 2:1.. Also take a look at Ezekiel 38.

And the Bible is being proved archaeologically and historically accurate each and every day with new discoveries constantly being unearthed. This last month the Hubble telescope was found inaccurate and old technology as the JWST is 100 times more powerful and shows much more details. Scientists had a big bang theory and felt that the stars in a certain part of the galaxy were getting older based on this theory. This new telescope proves that the stars are actually very young in that area and disproves the theory of evolution. The Bible on the other hand, though old, is proven more and more accurate as time goes on. We have Nebuchadnezzar‘s dream of the statue depicting how time would play out, and Daniel’s accurate chapter 11 depiction of historical events that were yet future in his day. Jesus came in fulfillment of old testament prophecies. And here recently Jeremiah 51: 46 to 51 accurate two years of Covid with masks covering the faces and the side effect of the vaccine being heart issues. Then ,there’s Joel 1: 15-20 That accurately told us that the cattle would have no pastures, and the sheep would be made desolate. Ranches in Texas had to sell off much of their herds because there’s no pastures due to drought . And in England ,6000 head of sheep in one farm alone were incinerated because of hand foot disease. Pretty accurate, and definitely real, true information unlike the news reports we often hear today.

Your knowledge of biblical eschatology is right on, the bride of Christ will not suffer the wrath of God we will be in heaven for the seven year marriage supper of the lamb and return with Christ at his second coming read first Thessalonians 4:16 and Revelation 3:10 these scriptures can only be explained as a pre-tribulational raptur. The Bride of Christ will not suffer the wrath of God but only the unbelieving world and the nation Israel.

Study all the verses covering this subject, dont just look at from a few verses because this is dangerous way of studying the Bible. You're right. There is a rapture of Church Age believers before the 7-year Tribulation period. When he referenced Jesus talking about the "abomination of desolation" spoken of by Daniel in Mathew 24:15, Pastor Batchelor said Jesus was referring to Daniel 12. But he didn't mention the main verse about that, which is Daniel 9:27. He's telling them what the AntiChrist will do. He will walk into the Temple and stand in it and claim to BE God. That's abomination. Daniel 9:27 specifically uses the phrase "abomination of desolation" that Jesus says in Matthew 24:15. It's a time of God's wrath on unbelievers and it's not for Church Age Believers. Gentiles do get saved during the 7-year Tribulation, which is also the point of it. God wishes all man to come to the knowledge of Him. But we are not appointed to that time of Gods wrath. Jesus specifically tells us that in several places: 1 Thessalonians 5:9, Romans 5:9. He says in 1 Thessalonians 1:10 he'll rescue us FROM the coming wrath. And again in Revelation 3:10. God never pours his wrath on the righteous. When Paul said all who live godly in Christ will suffer persecution - that's talking about persecution from satan. Not God. We've been persecuted for 2,000 years from Satan. The church is espoused to Christ (Ephesians 5:26) God will not pour his wrath on the Bride of Christ. Please, don't worry about that. Paul had to go back and assure the Thessalonians for this same reason in 2 Thessalonians 2. Don't be shaken in mind, he says. They thought they were in the Day of the Lord (Tribulation) and were panicking because that's not what Paul taught. They'd been deceived. Read that whole chapter and you'll feel Paul's assurance. WE ALL WILL BE HERE DURING THE GREAT TRIBULATION We aren't appointed to God's wrath, of course not. But tribulation and wrath are two totally separate events. The tribulations are Satan's wrath on mankind. Revelation 6, 12:12, 13. God's wrath happens AFTER the tribulation and about a half hour AFTER the rapture Revelation 8:1 Also there's going to be a great falling away from the faith and the man of sin will be revealed FIRST, BEFORE the coming of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. 2 Thessalonians 2:3 Unfortunately I think that pre and mid tribbers will be those who mostly will start to fall away during that time only because they were mislead by a false doctrine telling them that they won't have to suffer tribulation or persecution. That is why Christ warned us over and over and over and over again to NOT be offended when these things start to happen. There's 22 verses with the word tribulation in it. And none of those verses say we're going to be spared from tribulation, which means persecution. Matthew 13:21 Not one of them says that. The rapture happens when the sun and moon go dark and when the stars fall from heaven, correct? Look at all the passage where the sun and moon go dark and the stars are falling from heaven. Matthew 24:29-31 rapture/ sun and moon go dark Mark 13:24-27 rapture/ sun and moon go dark Luke 21:25-28 rapture/ sun and moon go dark Revelation 6:12-17 rapture/ sun and moon go dark Notice that before each and every one of those passages: there's tribulation, persecution, suffering, believers being beheaded, Satan wrath. Then notice, that after those passages, after all the tribulation, the sun and moon go dark and the rapture happens, then God pours out His wrath. Please read and study all of these chapters in full and prepare spiritually for what is going to come upon the whole world. Believers and unbelievers will go through the tribulation. Even the book of Daniel talked about believers suffering persecution at the hands of the son of perdition. Are you saying Revelation 13:15, before the great great tribulation you understand to start in Revelation 16:1, is telling us the children of God, those who dwell in Jesus will be killed because we will not worship the final Antichrist? If so, and we are killed, how would that mean we will be protected through the great tribulation, if we have already died?

Pastor doug those scriptures you shared in daniel have you thought the great tribulation happened when Jerusalem and the 12 tribes of Israel was destroyed in 70AD and it was time for the saints to possess the everlasting kingdom spoken of Daniel in chapter 7. 144 000 in heaven now waiting for us, with palms in our hands unnumbered multitude. I just believe the 1st coming 2nd coming, great tribulation (never will happen again)and a tribulation (not like the great tribulation) before Jesus comes back

Daniel 12 is not the only place that references the "abomination of desolation" Jesus references in Matthew 24:15. He spoke about it specifically in Daniel 9:27 "And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading *of abominations he shall make it desolate,* even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate." Jesus is talking about what the AntiChrist will do. This is where we get the duration of the 7-year Tribulation period determined for *Daniel's people* (Daniel 9:24) and for *their holy city* (Jerusalem). The 7-year Tribulation period is for Israel, not the church. 70-weeks determined is for Israel. So there's 7-years remaining in that time frame that have not been fulfilled. It's the time set aside for Israel and that's when she will realize who her Messiah is. This is why Jesus told *Jerusalem* in Matthew 23:39 "For I say to YOU, YOU will not see ME from now UNTIL you say, 'Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord.'" He's not talking to the church. He's talking to Jerusalem (Matthew 23:37) Once they realize Jesus was their Messiah and they call out to him, he immediately descends from Heaven and destroys Israel's enemies (Rev 20). Because it's always been about unbelief for Israel (Romans 11:20, 23 & 25. He was always ready to start His kingdom, but they wouldn't believe. Gentiles do get saved during this time, but they are not Church Age believers. This is why we have to be removed before the 7-year Tribulation begins because it's Gods judgement, wrath. And Church Age believers aren't appointed to that time (1 Thess 5:9, Romans 5:9, 1 Thess 1:10 and Revelation 3:10) God *always* removes the righteous before he judges. He removed Enoch in Genesis 5:24 before the flood. Noah and his family represent Israel being protected through the Tribulation period. The remnant spoken of in Zechariah 13:9. God removed Lot before he destroyed Sodom & Gomorrah. God told King Josiah in 2 Kings 22:19-20 that his eyes would not see the evil God was bringing upon Jerusalem for their abominations because Josiah was righteous. Abominations are idols in Gods Temple. And that's what the AntiChrist will do when he walks inside the Holy of Holies half way through the 7-yr Tribulation and creates abomination as he describes it in Matthew 24:15. Christians experiencing persecution and Christians experiencing Gods wrath are not the same. When Paul said in 2 Timothy 3:12 "All who live godly in Christ Jesus will experience persecution" - that's persecution from Satan, not God. God never pours His wrath on the Bride of Christ. Christians have been persecuted from satan for 2,000 years. The Tribulation is for those that rejected Christ. The Bride has not rejected Christ. We're espoused to him- Ephesians 5:27. So, look up because our deliverance is drawing near🎺 Luke 21:28

Revelation mentions that God's people are "sealed in their forehead" before the 7 last plagues (Rev. 7:3)- This is how I'm understanding that the 144,000 that are alive during that time will be protected (They have God's Seal). *Also, Enoch walked with God.. and we might say that he was a type of one that was "secretly raptured" since he did not see death first. So there might be some (or a few) who have walked this close to the Lord. But either way you believe, there is a "call" to come out of Babylon (Revelation 18) so that we don't receive her plagues (*Apparently there is a special Judgment upon "Babylon" where "she" is destroyed by the "10 kings").. Revelation 18 says this takes 1 hour to accomplish (I think in prophetic time that = 15 days).

How long the great tribulation? I would say: around 6 months, possibly only 5. Jesus says: pray that your flight does not come in winter nor on Sabbath. Cold is an absolute nogo for the human body. I tried it, I am very cold resistant, but under 5° it becomes highly dangerous and sleeping is limited to very short time. You just cant sleep. Now comes: there must be some of the 144k preaching to the people in cold lands. They would not survive if the winter starts while there are unsupported from the society. No homes, no shelter. In places you get -30°, all die in a night. By under 10° consistently, you cant seriously preach. We know God will send us food, we have no revelation whatsoever that he will send us heaters, houses, polar coverings, polar clothes etc. Making it clearer: in Germany (I live there), its forbidden to build any construction, not even install a tent or a booth outside of marked areas with a building clearance (except improvised shelter for one night / bivouac). There is fine for that, then jail and in this time, no buy-no sell, so no way to pay a fine. Then all in jail and no one preaches. Forest keepers are very active here. In these countries, winter kills in one night. Or even during the day.

There is even nothing to learn for them, because they are all cleaned by His blood, and after this time we are in heaven.
