I have listened to Doughboys and been a patron for years at this point… going way way back. I don’t know when they started the patreon but I remember them announcing it and I signed up. So several months before they started their patreon is how long I have listened. I have not watched these boys on video in a couple years I am an auditory man through and through but I came across this video today and decided to watch. My god, I had no idea the kind of visual feast and physicality these guys were bringing to the table. I can’t believe I have been missing this. Nick Wiger really pops on screen and Mitch is like the physical embodiment of what I would imagine a warm hug looks like.

Pally is off on Cava. They're not closing in 6 months. They filed for an IPO and are converting all the Zoey's Kitchens to Cava who they own. They're going to expand to 500 locations very soon, but who does over expansion ever help. They're also opening online order pickup only store fronts at least here in their DC area home base. I've never had an interest in eating there. I don't do bowls unless it's my glass. Great episode.

Why not just get some dumbbells, resistance bands, and a yoga mat. You can walk for an 60 minutes and do a workout at home for a 60 minutes. It's way better than just walking for a crazy amount of time. 7 hours that can't be enjoyable and you're not exercising your full body. Not to mention it's not sustainable or time efficient.
