I appreciate the birthdays my mother did for me. She got me gifts, made a cake, and I got to have my favorite meal which my father always made for me. Then I had slumber parties, went roller skating and swimming on different birthdays. She made my dreams come true. She is gone now, and I am 67 but I never forgot her doing those things for me.

Growing up my mom also splurged on our birthday/Christmas toys. We’d have so many that we ran out of room but eventually as we grew we stopped playing with certain toys each year. So once my mom realized that she made us give the toys we no longer played with each year to our friends in the apartment complex and the rest we donated. Whatever we kept were in huge bins for us to grab whenever.

Harlee has my dream childhood. My parents took me to Walmart and said I had 50$ to pick out whatever I wanted and I thought that was a lot. 😂 I am grateful though for every birthday I had, my parents did all that they financially could at the time and I’m so grateful and blessed.

While I’ve always thought the spending is a lot, as a parent it is my pleasure & joy to give, give and give.... so many women would make different choice about spending. I’ve never seen Alicia with a luxury purse, a spa day, obsessing over looks with botox, fillers etc....no she gives her abundance TO her family and I like that. Making, editing and posting videos daily is difficult and it has obviously financially blessed them. Who the heck should judge her for that? I admit that I have at times. Good choice on getting the dollhouse at the same store as all the other presents! 1. You saved yourself a trip. Go, Momma! Make things easier on yourself if and when you can. 2. With gas prices being so high, driving somewhere else to get the same present at cheaper cost, you’d likely spend close to the same in gas anyway, so might not really be cheaper!

These remind my of my mom She would go crazy for our birthdays and Christmas gifts And now that im older and its anyones bday i always go crazy w the gifts. Xmas time comes and our house is filled w presents for my entire family

For the bags, instead of tying them, either A. Tape them so u still have handles or B. Put the left side string through the right side holes and vise vs. That way u still have handles.

I never had siblings since my dad was abusive towards me and my mom when I was younger and my mom didn’t want to go through adopting cause of how expensive it was and we just couldn’t do it. It’s always just really nice to watch you shop for your kiddos and you make them all feel at home. I hope harlee has a really fun and good birthday when it comes by. ❤️
