I'm kinda sick of the diabetes comments. First off, you can treat yourself if you exercise enough. And second, it's hurtful to people who have diabetes. You can get diabetes from NUMEROUS reasons other than consuming alot of sugar. My grandma has diabetes and she NEVER ate sweets. My friend's dad has diabetes and he must eat MORE sugar than others.

Yes u can if it contains over three times the daily limit per sweet. Try checking the label of a fat free yogurt and then explain to me y I got diabetes type 2 from eating small portions of junk food like this.
