That's the thing. There's a time to dribble like that because it can seriously unbalance a team, but the final ball has to be there. I can't remember what manager said it but he made one of his wingers run as fast as he could towards the goal, then booted the ball over his head and into the goal. Then said "it doesn't matter how fast you can travel, the ball can travel faster" implying that a well trained positional passing team can zip the ball around the pitch much faster than one skill player can run it. Saying that though his talent is exceptional. He could be one of the best in the world if he stayed fit and added to his game. There's talk of leeds getting him if we lose raphinha to Liverpool, though tbh I'd rather keep raphinha. He's on a different level at the moment as he has so much to his game

I honestly don't know why Madrid, Barca, United or Chelsea don't bid for him, especially United and Chelsea. As a United fan we don't have a fast, dangerous left footed player who can out dribble anyone in the RW position. In Serie A the defensive line and midfield line stay compact and sit deep in their half hence why they label it a defensive league..in a league where the defense pushes up and teams formation looses its structure quite easily thus making more space to explore behind the lines like an offensive league like the premier league a player such as Costa would thrive...specially now that we have Bruno who sees those open spaces
