Thank you Douglas...I am still trying my best to hang in there. I thank God that he put someone like you in my life that understands our suffering, because you have gone through it yourself. Just like me, it’s way more than just once. This is my 6th episode I just can’t believe I am going through all this suffering again. But I keep telling myself... like you keep saying: this too shall pass!!! Take care Douglas!!!

Thank you so much, I just got approved for disability this year, and it was like how you describe. I love the contrast between how we feel inside, and what our "conditioned upbringing" has tought us to think of as "valuable members of society". You are amazing, I'm enjoying every chapter of this book, thank you Douglas, from the bottom of my heart and soul 🥰👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

@@DouglasBloch I have been telling lots of my friends about your book for sure! The people I know would like Audible the best (I live in a senior and disabled community, some can't read books but LOVE audio books!) I'll let them know it's on Kindle and Amazon too, many of my friends are really interested in your book 💕👍👏

I rather give up two limbs instead of depression. I got let go from my job do to depression. They need better meds than SSRI's and ECT is a joke. I had it. You have to sign a waiver and doctors don't even know how it works.

Hi Douglas, love your channel, it helps me so much, ‘when going through hell just keep going’ is a regular mantra I use often. Thank you!

You’re welcome. Yes, it is important to persevere even when you’re not feeling so well. Eventually the dark cloud will lift. Here's a video I did about the principal called, "When going to hell don't stop!" kzbin.info/www/bejne/r5Krfpdnrbiabq8

Many who have clinical depression still believe in the stigma. And shame themselves for being a failure.

Thank you. Agitated depression from a drug reaction is called “akathisia”. Akathisia isn’t just a movement disorder - there are different types. I have the terror agitation torture type. Were you diagnosed with “akathisia”? It’s hard to get a diagnosis because phara companies don’t want the doctors to know that this condition exists.
