Sadly he’s an expert at spouting bullshit and then lying in his own shit with a smug look on his face, not realising how stupid his comments he’s made look to anyone outside his echo chamber. For example; saying Palestinians started the ‘war’ on the 7th 🤣 like surely he has to have spoken to atleast one person who’s responded “now Douglas you can’t actually say that in a debate or you’ll get called out you do know that’s false no?” Like it’s almost every second word you have to cringe, when he uses Iraq as an example of how the Americans killed 500k people and ‘nobody counted’ the numbers therefore they should be able to do the same, it’s all based on the premise that this has worked in the past and they should be allowed to carry out warfare again this way; when in reality everyone will tell you there’s no ‘ending’ Hamas, you can’t bomb the idealogy was it didn’t work in Iraq it caused increased radicalisation, the same things happening now. I love how he’s so daft he doesn’t realise when he’s proving the other sides points with his own examples and analogies 😂

It’s all based on a lie tho, he starts talking about how the ‘war’ was started by Hamas. As though the Israelis didn’t slaughter 200+ civilians in the West Bank before Oct 7th 2023, isn’t it convenient the war only starts when Israelis die? When it’s a daily thing for the Palestinians it’s just an occupation and they don’t get a ‘moral’ right to go back at Israel in any form, and when they try and resist this occupation Murray comes along and says they started it on the 7th, this revisionist history really is amazing but Murray was embedded with the IDF, hardly expected him to have a non-biased take.

I so appreciate Douglas Murray’s strength in his complete commitment to the true north we all strive to follow. Sometimes the world can wear me down & Douglas & a cup or two of tea rallies me. As a widowed Jew in Melbourne I have no trouble in holding my head up, it’s the constant injustices by our government which wear me down. Our election is a year away & I’ve been counting down the days since our appalling PM wasted $45m on a referendum for aboriginal rights which we’d already passed in 1967. The reckless dispersement of the significant funds allocated to them each year is what needs to be investigated. Then on 7/10 when the world was shocked by the infamy carried out against the Jews, our government disgraced us on the world stage repeatedly. Douglas your podcasts were a great comfort. Feeling alone in what I thought was my homeland was a great shock to a 69 yo. If circumstances were different I would have moved to Israel. Douglas yet again you have continued to give me hope that this hatred will be contained & dwelt with in due course when we again have leaders with strong values & the individual strengths to carry them out. Please come back again soon.

@liteenergy48433 ай бұрын
@@I9s7lam5is-S3tu1pid Some info that contradicts the standardized Islamic lies: The idea of a Jewish National Homeland was put formally in place in the early 1900s. It was agreed to by Emir-King Feisal ibn-Husseini as shown in the Feisal-Weizmann Agreement. It was signed by both parties on January 3rd, 1919. It included provisions for Jewish immigration, as it was understood that they needed a homeland. King Feisal was not a British puppet king. He was the most prominent and respected Arab leader at the time, by Arabs as well as other peoples. He was the King of all Arabia and the Hajaz and the Grand Sharif of Mecca. The Jews and the Arabs fought together for their independence in WWI against the harsh and oppressive Ottoman Empire. The understanding was that the Jews would get a territory sufficient for their religion and their people, and that the Arabs would get all the other Ottoman territories which are very extensive and about twenty times larger than what was to become the Jewish State. This has been fulfilled on the Arab side of the agreement. It has yet to be fulfilled for the Jews. Most Palestinians who are in Israel now, came during the first half of the 20th century, for better job opportunities and perhaps as interlopers taking over and taking claim and credit for the improvements the Jews were making to Israel. This is reflected in their surnames which are from other and surrounding countries. One of the most common Palestinian surnames is Al-Masri. In Arabic, Al-Masri literally means "the Egyptian." You'll also see Palestinians named Hourani (from Houran in southern Syria), Tzurani (from Tyre in southern Lebanon), Zrakawi (from Mazraka in Jordan), Hijazi (from the Hijaz province of the Arabian peninsula), Mughrabi (from the Maghreb) Elmisri (Egyptian), Chalabi (Syrian), Mugrabi (North Africa), Habash (Ethiopia), and many other names that point to their true geographical origins. It was originally intended that the Jewish people would receive all of what is now Israel and the area that is now Jordan as well. The Arabs didn't accept this. In 1922 Winston Churchill put in place the first Two-State-Solution which could be called Israel-Jordan. The Israelis were to receive Israel and the people who are now called Palestinians did receive Jordan. Jordan is two times larger than Israel. Today two-thirds of the population of Jordan are Palestinians. Again the Muslims would not accept this, and riots and fighting broke out. 1933 saw the rise of Nazism and Hitler. World War Two took over much of the world's energy and consciousness between 1939 and 1945. Palestinian Arabs collaborated with the Nazis during this time and helped to promote and instigate the Holocaust. Their leading Supreme Mufti, Amin al-Husseini, met with Hitler and his high-ranking officials several times and helped to recruit Muslims into the Nazi forces. He continued his anti-Israeli propaganda until 1974 when he died. WWII and the Holocaust ended in 1945. In 1948 the UN, now in control of the area, put in place the second Two-State-Solution, which gave the people who are now called Palestinians good portions of Israel, while they already had Jordan and while Jerusalem would become an international city. Israel agreed to this and declared themselves the independent State of Israel. Again the Arab Muslims wouldn't accept this solution and Israel was attacked by five surrounding Arab nations. This was the 1948 war. Israel won this war and gained a bit more territory. Since 1948 close to a million Jews have been programed out of Arab Muslim nations into Israel. Mostly from places and lands where they had lived for centuries and even millennia. Almost all of them having no place to go except Israel. Since then several Two-State-Solutions and other solutions have been put in place. Each time Israel agreed and the Arab Muslims did not and then started conflicts or war. It wasn't until the 1960s that the Palestinians as a separate group started calling themselves Palestinians, perhaps trying to claim the land for themselves in that way, or because people didn't know what else to call them or they didn't know what to call themselves. There is more information and details concerning these things. But this is part of the history of events mostly throughout the 1900s.

@@I9s7lam5is-S3tu1pid A good number of my comments supporting Israel are not getting posted and are not visible. I replied to your comment a few days ago and my comment is just not here. People need to report this to KZbin when it happens! This is the 8th time I've reported this kind of thing. Hopefully, in time, it will make some difference.

In 2020 I went to Poland, I visited Auschwitz and Birkenau, I could not believe what I saw, I was shocked at reading plaques and photos of what had happened there to Jewish people and many others. It horrified me and it took me a long time to filter it all but walking around in emotional turmoil I repeated to myself constantly throughout these places this can never be allowed to happen again. I am in utter despair and sadness that as a worldwide society we’ve learnt very little, Douglas has seen some truly horrendous things that must mess with his soul but without people like him telling the truth of what is really happening the world will never know and we can never make a difference. If the world decides to turn a blind eye then we as a species are at the bottom of the ladder, we deserve all we get, I hope and pray we don’t, I don’t want to be responsible for the massacre of Jewish or any other people because I didn’t listen and I didn’t learn. We all have a voice and we should all use it to help those who desperately need it.

I just hope now you’re not turning a blind eye or justifying the mass slaughter of children in Gaza, I’ve been to the killing fields in Cambodia, been to auschwitz, the mass graves in Cambodia specifically reminded me of what we’re seeing in Gaza, history really does repeat itself and often when a people have a collective trauma from the past they use that trauma to justify imparting more trauma on others, usually always in the guise of their own security

@@zaydevans2077 Hamas has gaslighted Israel for decades. Unfortunately, our own media and certain politicians have used the same brainwashing techniques on us that other evil leaders, like Hitler, and Mao did, prior to committing genocide on millions of their own citizens for refusing to follow them, or for simply being of a certain faith or skin color. In no way has Israel done that in Gaza. They are defending their tiny piece of the middle east, just like you would if your country was the constant target of, say, Canada or Mexico with bombs. All Israel wants to do is stop the murderers, who, by their own words, want to commit complete genocide on the Jewish people, and Christians BTW, all over the world. And, they won't stop there, because anyone who won't follow their awful religion "must be killed." In fact, Hamas has proven, time after time, that they're willing to put their OWN CHILDREN and CITIZENS in harm's way, using them as human shields. And instead of using foreign aid that we've given them to make their country a better place for their citizens, they just keep the money for bombs and guns. I don't see Israel doing that with their children or citizens, do you? And then blaming it on Hamas? Nope. If you think Hamas is some sort of righteous group, and they're going to stop their religious quest, you've been misled. Their Satan-inspired bible is clear. They're want to be monsters, and they are.

@@zaydevans2077And I just hope that you are aware that there are so many civilian casualties in Gaza because that is precisely what the Humus terrorists want (theirs is a death cult, not giving any calue ti the life of their own people-listen to the Humus leaders to hear it for yourself). This is why they are hiding among civilians and hiding and fighting out of schools, hospitals, mosks, civilian houses, NGO buildings, and also hiding in tunnels instead of hiding their innocent civilians there? Oh, and what about the training camps the Humus Organisation has for kids, and about the so-said civilians in Rafah spitting of dead Isr.eli bodies or even living hostages, celebrating everything the Humus terrorists have done?

Google AI is enforcing wokeness. One cannot be critical of almost anything lest it be called bigotry. Religious cults are nonsense making and spreading. Should anyone criticize the Qur'an or its author, one's comments are made to have zero public visibility. This makes trouble making elevated in the world. No one can be warned of toxic ideologies lest their devotees become upset and feel aggrieved by anyone presenting critical thinking about a topic. The Qur'an and its author were always ridiculous. I read the Qur'an in the 1990s. Not surprisingly, the online English translations have all been watered way, way downward to be extremely tame, yet the original Arabic remains the same because it is Allah's words. But religions are just cults with well intentions for their followers and harms for infidels who might blaspheme against such nonsense. Those ancient writings instruct devotees to do harm to infidels. There are contradictions galore in the writings. When asked about those contradictions, the illiterate leader said that later pronouncements are best. When you examine the writings, you'll find that all the respectful, kind stuff is overridden by the violence of the chronologically newer verses. The Qur'an verses are deceptively ordered in verse length order and to know which verses are to be ignored as irrelevant (abrogated), you have to consult scholarly writings on the topic of the Qur'an. Infidels generally do not know these things and can be deceived by all the nice verses that have ALL been replaced by morally reprehensible later violent verses about fighting and so on. Much of the watering down of the language within the English online translations happened slightly under a year after the 2001-09-11 terrorist attacks--"completely by coincidence."
