Napakaintense talaga ng rendition na to. Goosebumps over load. What's so special in this version is that, both of them have powerful voice with unique technique. Si Daryl napaka taas ng notes then yung riffs and run napaka relevant to make the harmony remarkable to the ears of the listeners. On the other hand, yung husky voice and parang growl ni Douglas sobrang swak to make the version more appealing. Kudos to these artists for giving justice to the song. I always try to sing Daryl's song hahaha hindi ko talaga kaya yung riffs and run. Fan na fan ako ni Daryl and even Mori. God bless to the two of you.

This was an awesome cover.... right up until 3:20, where they tried to force more freestyling that doesn't fit into the theme of the song. And they rushed the last two singing notes. The emotion that is contained in the lyrics and the musical tone of the original piece gets distracted from during the ending. What impresses me is when people who have powerful voices like these two AND the level of control they clearly possess over that voice is restrained properly. For a good example, check out Disturbed's cover of "The Sound of Silence." Everything he does in that piece, given what we know about all their other music beforehand, says he could have gone crazy during the song... but he didn't. He KNEW when to be somber, when to hold back, and exactly how much growl to throw in in very specific spots. THAT is a talented singer. I especially liked the harmony you guys created from 2:30 to 2:44. VERY good control musically and it goes really well together. You guys sound awesome, but I have a special place in my heart for this song and your ending ruined the cover for me. Just my 2 cents, take it for what it's worth.

Great job from both, great voices and range. However, I have to say that IMHO (because I am no expert, but love Survivor's songs), Daryl's parts sound clearer and effortless. Love both talent's though.
