@@Ajizuu idk what level you're at, but I would say outside of studying, you must have some kind of immersion. I watch anime (was watching it for a year before I even thought about trying to learn japanese), I play my video games in japanese when I feel like it (or at least for the voices), listen to music, etc. Have a medium that you like that will always allow the language to be in your ears. Like I said in my comment, its been 4.5 yrs since I've been in a classroom (I graduated college) but the language has never really left me and I still remember most of what I learned because I have heard it in my ear most days for the last 10 yrs. From a studying standpoint I'm not much help as I'm one of those people who just showed up to class and did the assignments with no extra work and got good grades, so I don't know how to traditionally study😅
