I am in the process of converting to vegetarian with an ultimate goal of being a vegan one day. Thanks for reading this as this helps me remind myself for the times I'm still eating meat and dairy products.

Minimalism is the mindset, to be not a burden on everyday life. Nothing wrong with vegetarian nor not vegetarian. If we prefer vegetable, we will more and more prefer them, also meat as well. Flexibility and control is the key for the healthy and happy life.
