Do you take this on before bed and sleep with it? And shower in the morning. Or do you take it on in the morning and wear it in the day and outside

I use the medium to dark even though I'm white (olive skin). On a night I will exfoliate all my body, shave and then cover an rub in the lotion all over. Then I wait for an hour or so and go to bed. When you wake up it'll be developed and then I just shower to get rid of the tacky feeling. It works so well, you smell a bit weird when it's on but nothing terrible! :)

I put it on like normal moisturiser, sometimes twice a day if I want it to build up quickly x

Lu Me I have done! I have to be careful with my face because it’s sensitive and prone to breaking out but it hasn’t caused a breakout so far x
