The one you're using already contain a Ceramide vegan serum. It's already moisturizing to your skin. Putting another layer of moisturizer will just clog your pores, causing breakouts, especially when you're slathering it. Just apply a thin layer of moisturizer next time. Ok? Plus, it's not just a Ceramide. It's a serum. A more concentrated form.
