I have some questions for you.. 1st) How often do they have a shower? 2nd) Do you use any kind of soap? 3rd) How do the know that they have to use the heater after bathing? 4th) Is their shower an everyday routine or they get it, whenever they ask. How do you call them for bathing?

Hi! I give them an opportunity to bathe about every other day and it’s up to them. I’ll fill their favorite “tubs” with warm water (they have lots if different options). I would say they choose a bath maybe twice a week. Always just water, no soaps or anything. I always place a heater next to one of their perches or beds. Even in warm weather with the AC on I get worried that they’ll get chilled. I try to hold them in a little towel right after they’re done if they’ll let me (my bird burritos😊). But sometimes they will initiate a bath on their own like jumping in the sink if I’m doing dishes and Dovey will fly into the shower with you and expect a nice misting! The little Divas! 😂
