Happy New Year Paul. I live in Asia, theres a remedy for coughs and its a bit yucky but works, its red shallots, raw honey, tamarind ( not sure if you have that in the States) ginger, lemon and sea salt. Blend it up and drink it as a tea or add to a tea. I used to do a lot of theatre and it really helps. Its not nice but it does the trick. Healing Vibes.

First thank you for doing this reading even when feeling like well a word can't really use. The joys of having a little they are wonderful but bring everything home and even if we beat that it's weakened us so we can get something from someone at the store. Please take good care of yourself and get well soon. Worried because it doesn't seem like it's been that long since you were last sick. As for the reading. I found out the second week in December that my father has stage 4 lung cancer that spread already. They are doing chemo to slow it down but that's the most they can do. It brought up a whole bunch of feelings and not just about him, but about my Stepmother and half brother and sister, but his siblings as well. I'm the black sheep not one of the golden chosen of the grandkids by my dad's parents. Anyway we have always had a rocky relationship and had some monumental arguments and major disagreements. I knew even though right now he's still doing pretty good and is mostly still looking well he's not. I knew it was time to finally make sure he knew I loved him, which I know he always knew that part, but I had to tell him I forgive him and it's up to him to forgive me for any pain I caused. Yes the anxiety just kept getting worse until I finally did it. Now I am mostly calm. I know at some point my path will cross with the others but most don't bother me about seeing them anymore. They don't matter haven't really ever I realized at least not my Aunt's and Uncles. My sister and I have never been close, I have never figured out really what my relationship is with my Stepmother it's hard when she's only 8 years older. My brother and I used to be sorta close I don't really know anymore. But I have a peace I was able to do this with dad because I never could with mom, a whole different set of issues there but she refused to speak and us together even a little make amends. But the important thing is done and the anxiety about seeing any of the others is gone. I have been doing shadow work all year and have learned to speak my truth and I will if I must but they won't like what they hear.
