This resonates with me so much I’m always the one taking care of everyone I’m always the counselor the psychiatrist. I play many roles and at 62 years old. I’ve had one trauma after another my entire life. I used to think what have I done wrong to deserve so much negative stuff happening to me. I have dealt with child sexual abuse, I was an addict probably my entire life till 2013, two years ago Christmas I lost my 37 year old daughter left behind 5 children, which 2 of her daughter live with me my life has changed so much but I know my daughter is around all the time, and I’m very intuitive the older I get the stronger it becomes. I’ve been watching your readings for the last two weeks and it’s incredible how accurate your readings are. I love the way you communicate, clearly, directly and empathetically- right to the heart ❤️ I’m in a leadership role, and there is great expectation to be highly empathetic and embody servant leadership. I’m leaving bedside nursing- Im in charge , I called it, I’m the captain of the ship- I’m responsible for ensuring that the floor runs smoothly, making sure the nurses are providing high quality nursing care, Im responsible for all the patients. I have reevaluated myself from October 2023 & realized that I have changed to someone I did not know, I cried so much to learn that I have been so unfair to myself. I decided to go back to the person I am and happy to be back. I cannot change my wrongs but can definitively move forward positively. I have just concluded the most painful journey of parting ways with the people that mean a lot to me. I have to be honest with myself, they don't value me the way I do and don't even care. I am tired of running around the cycle, action was the best thing for me and I made it. I am now taking one step at a time and slowly getting "me" back. I am back to being Assertive without being Aggressive and it is so good to be back.

Given what I see going on around me and across the world. I feel that , you have to change the world, one person at a time. To me, it's love , light and forgiving. A smile to a random individual that we don't even know can make a difference. ETC.. EVERY THING IS ENERGY, My emotional experience says to me ,share to people joy on any level. So start with a smile. I live for the now moments.And I have this next statement in mind.. imagine your left foot is seen as yesterday, then look at your right foot and imagine it represents tomorrow. As you stand with both feet apart look at the space between your feet. And imagine that the only thing between both feet is your arse. ... So maybe then you might call your arse hole the now moment. In a dysfunctional place where, as an elder; being totally disrespected and abused .
