Yes, ruminating on the past. Looking at all the failed jobs and careers and relationships, but I'm also remembering an authentic self that existed before trauma. Have never found my tribe or truth path. Last two years have been in hermit energy but I don't want to stay here. But also don't want to return to a path or aimless wandering through unconscious people and paths. I know I'm moving on. It is time to open my heart chakra. I love listening to you because you always give me hope. Still sitting here in my hometown that I moved back to 2 years ago and waiting for my house to sell. I'm moving on from an estranged family whose dynamic I can no longer accept. I'm choosing myself and healing and moving on separate from a family who are unable to listen. I think I'm in love with a partial nomadic life in warmer climes. Have got to put energy into reconnecting with the human race but on my terms but not in an arrogant way.

When I first retired a few years ago, I spent a lot of time looking back at what I'd experienced in my life. I was pleasantly surprised to realize how many and how varied my adventures were. The first half of my life was quite traumatic. But I'm proud of how resilient I've been. I do need to forgive myself for all the things I regret. Staying healthy is my first priority along with preserving my authenticity. I am working on being open to new connections and learning new things. I also try to treat people with kindness when I see an opportunity.
