Nice video and nice setup. Always impress with your improvements. Thank you for sharing. Could you share with us what model on staple gun do you use for drawers bottom. Regards.

the green one for nailing the back notch part on, is a grex and i beleive my other gun for the bottoms is a stapler, is a porter cable

Always enjoy the videos. For the notch in the backs couldn't you do that on the vertical CNC?

Of course. But that back little peice that's prone to breaking off will absolutely get broken off once the peice goes into the dovetail machine

The stapled notch edge is a very good idea. Have had that piece fall off before from an other cabinet manuacture in front of customers. It's not cool when stupid things like that happen!

and it would always break off when your in a hurry to get the job out the door. and if one of your guys breaks it and doesn't notice. good luck finding the little piece of wood to glue back on
